Send Dini & Melani to Arte-Polis

We have been invited to present our project in the XI ArtePolis Conference in Indonesia, this year dedicated to creative industries and tourism. We presented a research paper on how food tourism can be developed to benefit local economic systems and local heritage. Our main objective when writing this paper and during our presentation in the conference is to start a conversation on how culinary tourism in Indonesia, if developed sustainably can become a competitive advantage in their tourism sector.

But we need your help to get there! We have to pay our own way to and from Indonesia, as well as food and board. We can't say no to this incredible opportunity to present our research—not to mention the opportunity to represent both BU and the US as the only group invited from either place! Help us get in front of professionals and experts in the tourism industry and show them the great work we are doing here at Boston University.
